Don has immense knowledge and experience in not only customer service but also in management and finance. He will be uniting IMA America, IMA Canada, and Schelling America in customer service and creating uniformity for all three companies.
Don has extensive plans for Schelling and IMA. His plans include increasing service delivery capabilities through expanded technician training programs on both IMA and Schelling products, while also growing the technician base in key North American markets.
